SAN Marino was the first post office to announce details of a stamp issue to benefit the tsunami relief fund.

ROYAL Mail has not dismissed suggestions that a special stamp issue will be produced for the Royal Wedding of HRH Prince Charles and Mrs Camilla Parker-Bowles on April 8 2005.
