Mowbray buys Stirling stock MOWBRAY Collectables, Wellington, New Zealand, has successfully tendered for the stamp stock of Stirling & Co, the 75-year-old stamp company based in Christchurch. THE 50th anniversary of ITV, Britain's first commercial television channel, will be marked by six Royal Mail stamps on September 15 2005, on the second day of Stampex and a week before the exact anniversary.
