DURING a recent stop-over in Bangkok, I decided to visit the proposed venue for the FIP/FIAP exhibition scheduled for Bangkok in August 2007. It is located on the top floor of the newest, most luxurious, and most expensive shopping centre in downtown Bangkok. It is just beside the British Embassy in Wireless Road, which created a Thai record by selling a plot of land for one million baht per square foot (B70 = £1 approx). Good for British taxpayers if the money is repatriated! ...
