NVPH ceases supplying Afinsa

IN the wake of the 'Spanish stamp scandal' at the beginning of May, the Dutch dealers' association (NVPH) informed all its members that the supplying of stamps to Afinsa had been curtailed.

Dutch dealers have sold loads of mint CEPT/Europa and other stamps in complete sets through the NVPH which became a major supplier to Afinsa in 2003. Participating members paid NVPH a commission on their monthly sales but Afinsa was paying such good prices that some members became suspicious ...
